Are the products really new?
Every listing states its exact condition. "Brand new, sealed" means untouched original packaging. "Open box" means the carton was opened but the product is unused. "Refurbished" items are professionally reconditioned and tested, and we describe any cosmetic marks honestly.
Why are your prices so much lower?
We buy retail surplus: overstock, end-of-line stock, packaging changes and open box returns. We buy in bulk, directly from retailers and distributors, at prices below wholesale. That advantage is what you see as your discount.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. New, sealed items keep their full manufacturer warranty. Open box and refurbished items come with at least a 12-month warranty from us. Your statutory rights remain untouched on top of that.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days from our EU warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days within Germany and 3 to 6 across the EU.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat €4.90, and free on all orders over €59.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all orders, no questions asked. Details and the withdrawal form are on our Returns page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, plus further methods depending on your country. Everything runs through a certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Why is stock so limited?
Surplus buying means we get what the market releases. Sometimes that's 6 units, sometimes 600. When a batch sells out, it's usually gone for good. That's why the best finds go fast.
