Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the RetailFlips online shop, operated by NEXRISE GROUP LTD ("we", "us").
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through our certified payment service provider.
"Compare at" prices (RRP) refer to the product's current regular retail price at the time of listing.
4. Product conditions
Each listing states the exact product condition: new (factory sealed), open box (packaging opened, product unused) or refurbished (professionally reconditioned and tested). Any cosmetic marks are described in the listing.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within 48 hours on business days from our EU warehouse. Delivery times are typically 2–4 business days within Germany and 3–6 business days elsewhere in the EU. Should an item become unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments without delay.
6. Warranty and guarantee
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products. New, sealed products additionally carry the full manufacturer warranty; open-box and refurbished products carry at least a 12-month guarantee from us.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, including the model withdrawal form, can be found on our Returns & Withdrawal page.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
9. Final provisions
The law of England and Wales applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.
