Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NEXRISE GROUP LTD, International House, 10 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London E14 9XL, United Kingdom, email: support@retailflips.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Practical return process

In practice: email support@retailflips.com with your order number and we will send you a return label and instructions within one business day. Once the return arrives, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
